Ethical Recruitment Practices
We do not charge any participants any fees for their introduction to an employer.
Our training program(s) and recruitment services meet all applicable laws and legislation in all countries involved.
We adhere to strict laws and policies mandated by Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam governments as well the laws and rules in place in Australia, Europe and Canada.In addition, our people are never forced to sign any documents unwillingly, will always hold their own passports, are not required to enter into any wage garnishing
agreements and in general, are treated fairly and with respect throughout the entire
recruitment and post placement procedure.
Recruitment Overview
We encourage employers to select from hard-working, English-speaking Asian workers, who
will produce quality results with high performance.
1. Introductions – we can introduce/refer people to you. Depending on your requirements, this can be a
group introduction or specific selection.
2. Direct employment – you can select, contact and chose people that have completed our training directly
from our website. This a FREE service
3. Employee Referrals – you can select workers referred from your current employees and we do some
vetting for visa approval and help coordinate their immigration requirements.
Our Training
in order to be eligible to be referred to an international employer, all of our participants must complete the
6-month training program - the Pathway of Life Education. This gets them fully ready and prepared to start working for you. Together with their general agricultural working experience, they also receive practical vocational training at our Training Gardens in Vietnam and Cambodia,

1. Meeting You
We want to meet you and get a clear picture of your operation and the type of people you will require.
2. Choosing employees
A) Introductions/Referrals - After visiting you and seeing first hand your operation and recruitment needs, we then begin the process of sourcing, matching and referring the right people to you.
B) Direct Recruitment - You have the option of directly choosing the workers you want, with no input from us. There many people to consider, all listed and contactable on this website
3. Work Permit and Visa Approval
Although we do not represent them, our assistance with the immigration process has resulted in nearly 100% Visa approval rate for participants in both Canada and Ireland.
4. Commencement
We will personally escort your new workers to you to ensure a smooth transition and will be available for post placement support throughout the length of each employment contract.
DIRECT RECRUITMENT
You now have the option to directly communicate, screen and employ our registered pathway participants without talking to us first.
Once you have selected the workers you need, you can assist them with the required immigration paperwork and Work Permit process OR, we can consult on your behalf on guide your new employees through the entire process. View the profiles of workers here
