From our head office in Australia,
we have expanded through Southeast Asia with full training and recruitment centres in Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Cambodia. Each centre is locally staffed bringing its own unique experience, ideas and effort to make our group the leader in personal development and vocational training in Asia.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
We have developed pathway training programs that include real-life, practical learning based on agricultural career opportunities. This approach means that our Pathway participants are getting the training they need to prepare them to undertake an optional international job placement. We have a large training centre in Hanoi, Vietnam which will incorporate hands-on training for mushroom production, greenhouse vegetables, field produce growing/harvesting and plant propagation. Our training centre in Cambodia became operational in late 2020.
HANOI TRAINING CENTER
Opened in late 2019, our training centre in Hanoi, Vietnam includes three classrooms, with seating capacity of 75 participants and a fully operational garden centre, complete with greenhouse, mushroom house, outdoor field farming and nursery. With more than 250 tomato plants, 600 strawberry pants and 34m2 of indoor mushroom beds, our participants able to get real practical experience relating to their chosen agricultural international job placement.
People are able to assist with the growing process of tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, vegetables and plants (propagation) as well as pruning, watering, feeding and harvesting. Delivery of workplace health and safety training and awareness is another benefit.
We have a similar training centre opened in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Currently participants from Cambodia who will go to Ireland for their job placement, get to visit the Hanoi centre when they come to Vietnam to submit their Visa applications. Further training facilities are being created in Thailand and possibly Burma in 2027.
